The 2025 harvest came to an end after 39 intense days in the vineyards and winery.
It was a campaign marked by a great deal of teamwork, numerous decisions, and close monitoring of each stage — from harvesting to receiving the grapes.
Although there was a drop in production compared to the previous year, the grapes harvested are of excellent quality. The balanced ripeness and excellent condition of the berries suggest wines with great expression and elegance.
More than the end of one cycle, the harvest is the beginning of another: the moment when the vineyard passes the ball to the winery, and the patient work of the coming months will begin to shape the new wines.
