Seductive, easy-going and versatile. Kranemann Wines Estates’ Hasso White 2019, one of the Estate’s iconic wines, synonymous with high quality within the segment, is now available. It is a perfect match for summer days; the brand’s freshness and minerality shine through, this time more vibrantly than ever before.
“We sought the same profile as the first Hasso, leading to an attractive and pleasant wine that strikes a balance between the expression of the fruit, the freshness and acidity. But this time, I think we made the 2019 Hasso even more vibrant due to a blend of grape varieties from which we took out Fernão Pires. It’s a fresher and more mineral wine, a perfect reflection of our terroir in the Távora Valley”, explains the winemaker, Diogo Lopes.
The Hasso brand brings us young, fresh, versatile wines from the Kranemann Wine Estates’ DOC Douro range. Hasso is the Kranemann family’s tribute to their four-legged friend, a Rhodesian ridgeback. The image on the wine labels won the top prize in New Design of a Wine Brand at The Wine Design Challenge 2020.
Having sold out the first Hasso White (2018), 8100 bottles of the new Hasso 2019 are now available.

Varieties: Viosinho, Rabigato, Arinto and Gouveio
Tasting note: Lemon-yellow, this wine presents an aroma of fresh fruit, white flowers and wet stone. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral and has a lengthy finish in the mouth.
